about me
All my life I have been involved in the world of physical activity. From playing rugby at a young age, grassroots football throughout my teenage life, to the beginning of my fitness journey at 16.
My love for fitness was not only from my participation, but my desire to understand its importance and its impacts on the body and mind.
This passion directed my path to study Sport and Exercise Science at University and gain qualifications such as; Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Personal Training and Level 4 Strength and Conditioning.
CONSULTATION
A consultation is a preliminary meeting between me and you designed to assess your fitness goals, current physical condition, and exercise history. During the consultation, I will conduct a health and fitness assessment, which may include discussing medical history, lifestyle habits, and any specific health concerns. Based on this information, I will then go on to provide personalized recommendations and develops a tailored workout plan to help you achieve your fitness goals. This session is also an opportunity for the you to ask questions, set realistic goals and establish a rapport with me.
NUTRITIONal guidance
Nutritional guidance provided by myself includes personalized advice and recommendations to support your fitness goals and overall health. This guidance typically involves assessing dietary habits, identifying nutritional needs, and suggesting balanced meal plans that align with your workout regimen. This means I may offer tips on portion control, nutrient timing, and making healthier food choices. While I can provide general nutritional advice, I have the ability to collaborate with registered dietitians or nutritionists for more specialized dietary planning. This holistic approach helps you optimize your nutrition to enhance performance, recovery, and well-being.
1 on 1 training
A 1-on-1 training session involves personalized, direct coaching tailored to your specific fitness goals and needs. During the session, I will guide you through a customized workout routine, demonstrating exercises, correcting form, and providing motivation and support. I will adjust the intensity and type of exercises based on your progress and feedback, ensuring a safe and effective workout. This focused attention helps you optimize your performance, prevent injuries, and achieve your fitness goals more efficiently.
